Open the webpage and click on sign up, fill the information as deemed appropriate and click the sign-up button.

Login in and click on money request on the menu, input your phone/account number for verification. Your account name is expected to pop up. Fill in request amount and remarks, then make your request.

You can add money to your account from either the web or app. For the web, click on "Add Money" from the menu after signing in, enter the amount you want to credit your account with and click on continue to finalize the transaction. A payment method will popup where you can fill in your card details or select other payment options. Adding money from the mobile is similar to the web. Sign in to your account and clicking on "Add Money" from the "Overview" page. You can then progress as explained previously for the web.

Also, you can add money to your account directly through the bank using two options: The first option requires you to log in to your bank's internet banking platform and then select "Payments or Bills Payment" as the case may be. Click on "choose a biller" and type "Pay Buddy". Select "Pay Buddy" and enter your phone number. Confirm your name and input the amount you want to credit your account with. Click on "Pay" to conclude the transaction. For the second option, login to your bank's mobile app or internet banking platform. Click on "Transfers" and select "Transfer to other Banks". Select Fidelity bank, and input the account number "4011066746". Confirm "ERCAS INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS" as the beneficiary, input amount, enter your phone number as narration, confirm and enter your PIN to conclude the transaction.
